What a great meetingtonight at Maggie’s Pizza! Mike brought his Nismo 370Z, and our ringer for Z Trivia! Rick brought his 350TT, Logan brought his 260ZT, and Brad who brought a competition Camshaft for an inline 6!, Gary and joyce brought their award winning GTZ V8 (240Z). We had great food-my Gyro was almost too good to be true, Rick and brad had a monster Calzone a piece, and everyone commented on the great food! As terrific as the food was, the conversation was even better! More upgrades for Ricks 350ZTT, A radiato,r and 4 pot brake upgrade for Logans 260ZT, Fabricating a lockup rear end for S/R30s, and some thoughts on whether to update my Alpha1GTO kit or pull it off and build a tube chassis for it to show people actual difference between a purpose built race car and a modified grand tourer. We also talked about setting up a Coastal Z Campout/hunting trip…and the logistics and idea of hosting a regional car show! We thought some of the Raceline guys would make it tonight- but they missed some great grub and car talk at Maggies!!
